Nelna Out-grower Farming

Nelna practices buy-back system, where day-old chicks, feed and technical knowhow are being provided by the company, with the guarantee of buying back the grown birds with a reasonable profit to out-growers.

The New Project Development Department is assigned with the responsibility of assisting new farmers on finding capital investment through banks and construction of suitable cages for birds.  

Extension Department is tasked with monitoring and advising on rearing birds until grown birds are acquisitioned by the company. At present Nelna possesses more than thousand out-grower farmers and willing to extend the farmer base in due course.
